Cara Delevinge- Model of Today
Cara Delevingne models for the cover of March 2013's Vogue. In my opinion she is a beautiful, succesful and inspiring model who brings a fresh look to the industry. What ever look she portrays in her shoots she pulls it off and gives a sense of individuality to her pictures. She has a very quirky and unique look but is still a natural beauty. I think she is the perfect model for Vogue magazine because she is up to date and is in with 2013's fashion.
In this picture Cara goes for the more laid back, casual look and is wearing natural makeup. To me it seems as if the clothes Cara is modelling are aimed at teenagers because they look quite young.
Only recently I have fully decided what I want in life and even though this is a hard industry to get into and loads of girls are wanting to persue this... I will work my socks off for it. I want to work for Vogue magazine. I want to be the fashion editor but of course like with every job you have to start off at the bottom and work your way up. I am a passionate and outgoing girl and if Elle Woods got into Hartford Law School I can work for Vogue magazine!

Fashion Editor for Vogue
Vogue. The glossy paged fashion magazine that inspires women and teenagers around the world. I am inspired, and I am willing to work hard to become the fasion editor of vogue.
Everyone says it, fasion is an extremely hard industy to get into, let alone getting into the company that is Vogue itself. Millions of girls dream about working for this magazine but Anna Wintour had push herself and really fight for her goal... and she became editor in chief for Vogue and a fashion journalist. I am half way through my first year of studying GCSE's and after only 7 months of learning about fashion and creating products in textiles I have chosen what I want to achieve in my life and what path I want to take.
I will soon be going into year 11 and starting work expience, I would love to work for a magazine like Cosmopolitan or even a teen one like Bliss or sugar to start off with; to get a feel for the industry. I love the idea of Uni but I need to look into the best one for Fashion, Media and Journalism and discover the best option for me.
Any advice on this career option and the fashion magazine industy would be grately appreciated and I would really benefit from hearing any of your storys of what you did after leaving school (especially if you persued a job in fashion).
Love Ell x
